Confidentiality is assured within the confines of the laws of California as they apply to psychologists and their clients. All details of your treatment are protected by the "psychotherapist - patient" privilege to the full extent covered by law and professional ethics. Please note that if you make an insurance claim, your level of confidentiality will be affected.
I welcome all types of clients, however, it is up to the individual to file a claim for their own personal reimbursement. If your insurance accepts �out of network� providers, I will fill out the necessary paperwork you provide to facilitate the process of your claim. Insurance payments I do accept at this time is through the Victim Witness Program (for California and other states) and for approved Worker's Compensation cases.
Payment is generally due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made. Payment may be made by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. |
